Our Qualifications for rentals include:

1. Must be 18 years old.  A photo ID is required. 

2. Each adult Applicant must complete a TAA rental application.  Our Application Fee is $50 per person over the age of 18 years old or $50 for a married couple.  

3. Criminal History Background Check. Applicants with a criminal history may or may not be approved. No felony convictions in the last ten (10) years. No felony or misdemeanor convictions for a sexual offense, theft or violence. Not currently on parole or probation.

4. Credit score of 650 or above.

5. Provide previous rental history. Your rental history must be free of any evictions/broken leases and you can't owe money to any other rental property.

6. Must provide proof of all income. Monthly income must be two and half (2.5) times the monthly rental amount. You need to provide 2 (two) months of current pay stubs, SSI, disability and any other forms of income.  

 ** Security deposit and all fees must be paid in full to hold a property.
